China Financial Legal Dispute Mediation Center

"Mediation first, arbitration later" is the working principle of China Financial Legal Dispute Mediation Center.

The China Financial Legal Dispute Mediation Center is a non-profit organization and is supervised and operated by a board of directors and a financial company. The Center's mediation program is mainly based on "mediation first, arbitration later" to assist in resolving monetary disputes between financial institutions and customers. If the dispute cannot be settled through mediation, the claimant may choose to settle it through arbitration. The arbitration is mainly entrusted to Wuhan Arbitration Commission and China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, which are the docking units of China's financial legal dispute mediation center.
