The inaugural meeting of the Financial Law Research Association of Guangdong Law Society and the first Southern China Financial Rule of Law Forum was held in Guangzhou.

2012 10# April 20 , the inaugural meeting of the Financial Law Research Association of Guangdong Law Society and the first "China Southern Financial Rule of Law Forum" were held in Guangdong Institute of Finance. This is the 26 discipline research institute established by Guangdong law society.

The conference was co-sponsored by Guangdong Law Society and Guangdong Institute of Finance, and hosted by the Financial Law Research Center of Guangdong Institute of Finance. Zhang Qiong, deputy director of the legal and Social work Committee of the CPPCC National Committee, Professor Cheng Xinhe, vice president of the China Economic Law Research Association, Chen Ruoguang, full-time vice president and secretary-general of the Provincial Law Society, Li Daner, vice president of the Guangzhou Branch of the people's Bank of China and chairman of the Financial Law Committee of the Guangdong Financial Society, and other leaders attended. The meeting was presided over by Xue Xiaoguang, deputy secretary general of the Provincial Law Society. More than 230 financial practitioners and theorists from inside and outside the province attended the meeting and received nearly 70 papers. In his speech, Zhang Dome fully affirmed the positive significance of establishing the Financial Law Research Association and holding the Southern Financial Rule of Law Forum. He believes that the modern financial industry is the core force to promote the development of the market economy, and the development of the world's major economies has benefited from the development of the modern financial industry. Improving the financial rule of law is the key to the healthy development of the financial industry. The development of modern financial industry needs to build a good legal environment. The most critical and fundamental is to improve the financial legal system, regulate financial behavior through legal means, strengthen financial supervision, and promote financial innovation.

At the inaugural meeting, the opening ceremony of the Financial Law Research Association of the Guangdong Law Society was held, the first council of the Research Association was elected, the "Working Rules" were passed, and the appointment ceremony of honorary presidents and consultants was held. Professor Zhang Changlong, director of the Financial Law Research Center of Guangdong University of Finance, was elected as the chairman, Zhang Qiong was hired as the chief consultant, Cheng Xinhe, Li Daner, Wang Xuecheng, director of the Guangdong Provincial Legal Affairs Office and deputy director of the National Financial Procuratorate Professional Committee, and Guangdong Higher People's Court Vice President Wang Yong, Professor and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Guangdong University of Finance Ma Longhai were hired as honorary presidents, and many well as senior consultants.

In the first China Southern Financial Rule of Law Forum, the participants closely focused on the theme of "Building a Strong Financial Province and Financial Rule of Law Environment", focusing on basic issues of financial law, legal issues of financial business and financial supervision, and financial disputes Discuss with legal issues of financial crime, legal issues of e-commerce and private finance, and legal issues of financial consumer rights protection.
