The development of the Internet financing market involves various issues such as subject, behavior, supervision, risk prevention and disposal, industry self-discipline, and intersection of civil and criminal penalties. The construction of a relatively complete Internet financing theory system is an important research topic facing the Law Society. In-depth research, it is necessary to propose substantive countermeasures in legislation, law enforcement, and justice for the establishment and improvement of Internet financing market management. At the same time, we must pay attention to the supervision of market behavior, especially the issue of information disclosure, and implement the basic idea of "lenient entry and strict management" to scientifically prevent and control financing risks. Internet finance involves not only financial supervision but also social governance, so we should give full play to the role of civil and commercial law and improve the application of bankruptcy law in the main body of the Internet financing market. It is necessary to effectively enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of financial law education and research, vigorously promote the application and transformation of research results, and make positive contributions to the construction of Hubei under the rule of law and safe Hubei. Third, standardize the management of the research society and promote the normalization of academic activities. The meeting decided to appoint Comrade Wang Zhibin, President of Hubei Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Financial and Economic Committee of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, as honorary president, and 27 people including Feng Guo, Dean of Wuhan University Law School and Director of the Institute of Economic Law.
