Wuhan Law Society Financial Law Research Association was established.

On December 15, 2019, the inaugural meeting of the Wuhan Law Society Financial Law Research Association was successfully held. Relying on the Internet Finance Branch of Hubei Financial Law Research Association and Beijing Yingke (Wuhan) Law Firm, the research association aims to integrate the resources of financial law and practice departments in Wuhan, strengthen the research association of financial law and practice, solve the difficult legal problems faced by financial institutions, and better serve the high-quality development of Wuhan.

conference elected 99 members of the first council of the financial law research association of Wuhan law society, including 40 members of the standing council, president of the internet finance branch of Hubei financial law research association and professor of Jianghan university law school Tian shengbin was elected president of the first council of the research association.

meeting requested that the Financial Law Research Association should strengthen organizational construction, strengthen system management, gather financial legal talents in Wuhan, and leverage the strength of national financial industry experts to provide intellectual support for the financial decision-making of the Wuhan Municipal Party Committee and Government. With the theme of "in-depth study of the spirit of the fourth Plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee to promote the reform and innovation of the construction of the financial rule of law", the conference held the 2019 annual meeting of the Financial legal behavior Research Branch of the Chinese Society of Behavioral Law and a seminar on the construction of the rule of law in the national financial governance system. Experts and scholars from the judicial, legal, financial and business circles jointly discussed and exchanged ideas to contribute wisdom to promote the reform and innovation of China's financial rule of law construction.
