At the opening ceremony of the meeting, Vice President Zhang Bangfu delivered a speech on behalf of the school to welcome the guests to and introduced the historical development of Southwest University of Finance and Economics and the running situation of . This conference focuses on the study of the rule of law of insurance in the context of the new era. The discussion topics include the legal issues of the "Belt and Road" construction of insurance services, the legal issues of the strategy of poverty alleviation of insurance services, the legal issues of the application of emerging technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, and cloud computing in the insurance industry, and new liability insurance Legal issues, etc. Professor Yang Luzhao of our hospital delivered a keynote speech on "Dilemma and Way out of Compulsory Liability Insurance for Environmental Pollution". Associate Professor Huang Lijuan and Associate Professor Zhang Huailing delivered keynote speeches on "Construction of Good Faith Reconciliation Obligation of Liability Insurers under the Background of Conflict of Interest" and "Mirror of Other Countries and Local Reconstruction of Director Liability Insurance System" respectively at the sub-conference. During this annual meeting, the Insurance Law Research Association of the China Law Society added executive directors and directors in accordance with the articles of association. Among them, Professor Yang Luzhao was added as the executive director and Associate Professor Yin Tong was added as the director. Associate Professor Huang Lijuan and Guo Shuo won the second prize of excellent paper on the construction of the obligation of good faith reconciliation of the liability insurer in the context of conflict of interest.
