Report on the Award of 2018 Academic Seminar Papers
Departments of Provincial Financial Law Research Association:
As of June 20, the 2018 Academic Seminar Group of the Provincial Financial Law Society has received 103 academic papers. After the preliminary examination and approval of the forum and the expert group of the Provincial Financial Law Research Association, the office meeting of the president of the Financial Law Research Association decided and submitted to the Hubei Law Society for approval. Yu Hua, acting president and secretary general of the Financial Law Research Association, officially read out at the opening ceremony of the conference. Seven papers, including Zhang Tao of the Supreme people's Procuratorate, "rationalization of the crime and punishment Evaluation system of cyber attacks" won the first prize of this academic seminar, twelve papers including Shenzhen Financial Innovation Research Association, China Merchants Renhe Life Insurance Co., Ltd. Wan Peng, Guangming, and He Haoming "Risks, Transmission Mechanisms and Preventive Measures of Insurance Fund Equity Investment in the New Era" won the second prize of this academic seminar. 11 papers including Xia Yunjiao and Jiang Jinwei of China University of Geosciences "Research on Personal Information Protection System from the Perspective of" Cyber Security Law "won the third prize of this academic seminar, ten papers including Du Wanqing from the Law School of Jianghan University," The Internet Public Opinion Management of the Chinese Government in the New Era "won the Excellence Award of this academic seminar.
