Letter of Invitation from the Secretariat of the Alliance of Financial Law Research Associations to Coordinate the Comprehensive Study on the Prevention and Control of New Coronary Pneumonia Virus and Public Health Governance

Hello everyone! The battle against the new coronary pneumonia virus is underway in China! In this regard, the Secretariat of the China Financial Law Research Association attaches great importance to and immediately convenes a special study by an expert research group. Vice President Wan Honghui of the China Health Law Research Association and Secretary-General Yu Hua of the China Financial Law Research Association jointly pointed out that this is currently China. The world is facing the most important problems and challenges. Health law research associations at all levels must pay attention to it, participate in epidemic prevention and public health research, and write the "papers on the motherland." At present, the theoretical research on public health related to the prevention and treatment of the new coronavirus has been carried out under the guidance of the Health (Finance) Law Research Association along with the exploration of medical practice. Under the advice and guidance of Professor Wan Honghui, Vice President of China Health Law Research Association and President of Hubei Health Law Research Association, and the office meeting of China Financial Law Research Association, we jointly established the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Public Health Governance" Comprehensive Research Group, which plans to bring together interdisciplinary forces such as medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, hygiene, health law, financial law, epidemiology, and criminology to carry out comprehensive research. After the study of the expert group of the Health (Finance) Law Research Association, the research topics related to the fight against novel coronavirus pneumonia have been initially prepared for your reference, and you are welcome to make suggestions for supplementation and revision. Carry out research according to your own interests, and welcome interested and capable friends to publish topics and collect research results, and share them with the Health (Finance) Law Research Association.

The comprehensive research topics of novel coronary pneumonia virus prevention and public health management are as follows (for reference only):
