2020 Annual Meeting and Academic Seminar Pre-notice
Directors:
Decided by the Office Meeting of the President of the National Financial Law Research Association and the Office Meeting of the President of the Financial Law Research Association of Hubei Law Society (held online), the 4th National Financial Law Research Association and the 2020 Annual Meeting and Academic Seminar of the Financial Law Research Association of Hubei Law Society are scheduled to be held in Wuhan, Hubei Province in mid-to-late November 2020. This annual meeting is to be specifically undertaken by Hubei Institute of Economics, using online and offline combination mode. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
Theme of 1. Annual Meeting
The theme of this annual meeting is: Deepening Financial Reform and Opening-up and Modernization of Financial Rule of Law
The specific topics of the seminar include but are not limited:
1, Deepening the Financial Basic Legal System Innovation under the Financial Reform and Opening-up
2, Digital Financial Legal Issues
3, Financial Legal Services for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises after Epidemic in Central China
4, Big Data Analysis and Digital Financial Application
5, Research on Banks (Urban Commercial Banks or Rural Commercial Banks) Serving Local Economic Development
specific requirements for 2. submission of papers
Participants should submit papers, the specific requirements are:
1. For those who submit papers, their themes must conform to the academic topics of this annual meeting.
2. All participants are requested to send the electronic version of the paper (WORD document) to the jinrongfaxuehui@163.com or 583597290@qq.com before 24:00 on October 15, 2020, so that the organizer of the annual meeting can produce the paper collection in advance and attach the detailed introduction of the author, including name, unit, title, position, complete correspondence address, e-mail address, contact number (mobile phone number), etc.
3. Please indicate the title of the email "Paper of the 2020 Annual Meeting of the Financial Law Research Association", and the electronic document of the paper should be named in the following format: "Paper Title-Author Unit-Author Name".
4. Paper format: Please refer to the format and annotation style of papers published in "Chinese Law.
5. The author must guarantee that there is no intellectual property dispute in the submitted paper.
6. After the selection of papers received at this annual meeting, a collection of papers will be printed, and the papers of this annual meeting will be published on the basis of merit. If you do not agree to the publication of the collection, please make a statement in a prominent position in the submitted paper.
7. The length of the papers to be submitted to this annual meeting is about 10000 words (not less than 5000 words). Especially excellent papers can be moderately relaxed.
8. In order to encourage and support young scholars, the annual meeting will select outstanding papers from the participating papers and set up a number of first prize, second prize and third prize. Those papers that do not meet the above requirements will not be included in the collection of papers and will not participate in the awards. Please understand.

2. This notice will be sent to all directors. All directors are requested to convey this notice to the personnel engaged in teaching, research and practical work of financial law in their own units and regions, including graduate students, so as to widely solicit papers. The selection and award ceremony of outstanding papers will also be held during the conference. Teachers, researchers and comrades from relevant practical departments of universities and research institutions engaged in the teaching and research of commercial law are especially welcome to submit papers to attend the meeting.
