Financial Law Research Association of Hubei Law Society, also known as Hubei Financial Law Research Association, is a professional legal social organization in Hubei Province, which was approved and registered by Hubei Law Society in June 2017. It is composed of experts, professors, scholars, lawyers and related personnel engaged in financial administration, legal work, teaching and research in the financial system of Hubei Province, as well as colleges and universities, financial institutions, law firms, financial enterprises and other units. Its members have spread all over the province. When it was established on June 18, 2017, the first president of the Financial Law Research Association of Hubei Law Society was Comrade Ming Daoxin (former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hubei Branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China), and the head of the preparatory group and the first Secretary-General The executive vice president is Comrade Yu Hua. The first vice presidents are Hu Junming, Chen Lin, Hu Juan, Tang Xiai, Liao Jianqiu, Li Hua, and Zhang Daode. In June 2018, the Council of the Financial Law Research Association of Hubei Law Society was re-elected. The acting president is Professor Yu Hua, founder of political law and expert in law and economics. The executive vice president and secretary-general are Yu Hua. The vice presidents are experts and professors such as Hu Juan, Li Hua, Tang Xiai, Tian Yang, Liao Jianqiu, Guo Zeqiang, Tian Shengbin, Zhang Xinbing, Jiang Faquan, and the deputy secretaries-general are associate professors such as Xia Yunjiao, Wang Yi, Yu Li.

Hubei Financial Law Research Association is an academic society. The Research Society has carried out regular academic activities, not only to conduct theoretical discussions on the basic issues of financial law research, but also to conduct some special studies on difficult financial law cases that have emerged in practice. In addition to the annual annual financial law conference, the academic activities of the research society also include daily thematic theoretical research and practical issues. The Provincial Financial Law Research Association often organizes members to carry out collective public relations, give full play to the collective strength of members, and study major financial law issues in Hubei Province; at the same time, the Provincial Financial Law Research Association organizes regular exchanges and consultations between theoretical workers and practical workers to solve the practical problems of banking and financial law.

While engaged in financial law research, the Hubei Provincial Financial Law Research Association also provides relevant financial law publicity and services for financial institutions and the public in Hubei Province and even the central region with the purpose of service. The publicity of financial law is carried out by the Provincial Financial Law Research Association through academic seminars or symposiums. The research society welcomes the participation of other social entities, or the research results are disclosed to the public through certain websites or other means; the research society also regularly organizes some public welfare rule of law publicity activities, and the joint banking, insurance, securities and other financial institutions regularly organize some "financial law topics" Lectures, or take to the streets to conduct legal consultations on financial law or provide some legal assistance. At present, Hubei Financial Law Research Association is carrying out a series of activities such as financial service law research, academic exchange, consulting service, subject research, foreign exchange, entrustment, editing special issue, etc., extensively carrying out research on the theory and practice of financial law, promoting the efficient operation of regional economic and financial resources, and promoting the scientific development of financial law, In order to create a healthy and good financial ecological environment and create a "financial rule of law forum in central China".
